The safety of printing tinplate sheets first depends on the raw materials selected. Manufacturers must select high-quality raw materials that meet international standards to ensure the basic quality of each piece of tinplate.

Tinplate printing process: 1. Raw material preparation (tinplate original plate, coating material), 2. Surface treatment (cleaning, chemical treatment), 3. Coating treatment (primer, printing, topcoat), 4. Post-processing process (baking, cooling), 5. Cutting and forming, 6. Packaging and delivery.

Aerosol tin cans are prohibited from loading: 1. Flammable and explosive substances, 2. Corrosive chemicals, 3. Toxic substances, 4. Reactive substances, 5. Radioactive substances, 6. Food and drug ingredients, 7. Other special substances (strong magnetic substances, biological agents).

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) require that products such as tin aerosol cans must be labeled with warning signs to alert consumers to the risks of use.
