Tinplate printing coating pigments may contain heavy metal elements such as lead, chromium, and cadmium. These heavy metals are toxic and long-term contact or ingestion may have adverse effects on human health.

The unique material of tinplate determines that it must be highly compatible with ink to ensure the printing quality and durability of the pattern. The surface of tinplate is usually smooth and has a certain hardness, which makes it impossible for ordinary ink to adhere directly to its surface, and thus puts higher requirements on the performance of ink.

According to the requirements of the pattern and the characteristics of the substrate, reasonably control the amount of ink to avoid too much or too little ink. By adjusting the ink transfer system, ensure that the ink is evenly transferred during the printing process to avoid uneven patterns.
